Happy New Year!

To get the year off to a great start we wanted to give you a few quick tips on how to increase Fans and Followers on Facebook and Twitter.

Some key things to remember are:

  • Twitter and Facebook are used by people who are looking to connect with people and businesses that are interesting and to have “fun” while using the social networks.
  • You need to know your ideal (target) audience. What interests them? How are they engaging in Facebook and Twitter?
  • The social networks are a reflection of your business so don’t veer too far off course with your posts. For example: a car cleaning business shouldn’t share tips on how to floss one’s teeth but an update with a link to a local news report about how there was a car wash fundraiser that raised over $5000 for a local school would be relevant.

We are very excited to announce our upcoming move in early February. RESPONSE! will be expanding into larger premises at the historic CF Blanke Building. From this new location we will be launching our new training services including email and social media marketing boot camps. The premises will also house our community project The Way To Happiness Saint Louis which partners with non-profits and civic groups to provide character-building training and tools in order to build a stronger and crime-free Saint Louis.

2011 was a good year for us here at RESPONSE! Due to your confidence and trust you placed in us to assist you with your marketing needs, our business grew. Thus we ran out of space and start looking for bigger and better premises.

When we embarked on our search for new premises I wanted to locate an exciting creative space while remaining focused on what is growing our business: our clients. We have always enjoyed an open door attitude where clients could drop in to talk to us about their marketing, find out about progress being made on their campaigns or just to bounce ideas around. The door was so open, in fact, many of you snuck up on us at our desks by coming in through the back door! Thus I knew it was important that when we embarked on this move that we must keep this open door atmosphere and welcoming environment because I value our relationships as the primary cause of our continued success.

Constant Contact is an online Email Marketing, Event Marketing and Survey service. RESPONSE! was commissioned to build an event registration site that integrates with Constant Contact Event Marketing facility. The site allows for a permanent easy address for the upcoming events and for comprehensive tracking of promotional campaigns using CampaignTracker while directing visitors into various training seminars.
